Description

Advising institutional investors, private equity funds, and banks on complex commercial property transactions.
Handling a diverse range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
Managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.
Staying up to date with market trends and real estate regulations to provide strategic advice.
Playing an active role in business development and strengthening key client relationships.

Profile

A solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate.
Experienced in handling high-value transactions and advising institutional clients.
Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
A confident communicator who can build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £56,000 to £65,000, along with an excellent benefits package.
