Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in residential conveyancing to join our client, a reputable and friendly law firm, in Cumbria. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic legal team, to build your skills and experience in conveyancing and commercial real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.
• Conducting title searches and preparing reports on title.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ-5 years PQE preferred).
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and accurately.
• Desire to work in a family-friendly firm and enjoy country life.
