The Real Estate team advises on all aspects of general commercial property, delivering innovative solutions across various sectors. Key areas include:

1. Investment: Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
2. Development: Working on large-scale regeneration projects, infrastructure, and energy developments.
3. Corporate Real Estate: Supporting mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and pre-letting arrangements.
4. Real Estate Finance: Providing expertise in financings, restructurings, and PPP projects.
5. Leasing: Acting for landlords and corporate occupiers in high-profile leasing transactions.

The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, including advising on real estate investments, complex developments, corporate support work, and real estate finance. There will be significant client interaction, providing strategic advice on multi-jurisdictional transactions and large-scale projects.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years' PQE in Real Estate from a top-tier firm.
2. Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset.
3. Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead on major transactions.
4. A track record of working on high-value, complex real estate matters.
