Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads to increase sales.
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal.
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and trustworthy.
• Real estate agent license or the motivation to get one.

Compensation:

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly.

All of the experience and support of a 20-year independent brokerage with the support and tools of the eXp system. Caps as low as $4,000, leads, and training.
