My client is a well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation for advising both business and private clients.
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the firm’s already successful Real Estate team alongside its charismatic Head of Department.
This is a partner level hire and as such could appeal to an existing partner looking for a better platform or equally a senior associate or legal director whose partnership trajectory is taking too long.
You will be a Real Estate specialist, ideally with experience in commercial and residential development work. The role would involve leading a team of 5 fee earners as well as running your own caseload of primarily development work.
