Job Description

The Real Estate Partner will deal with a range of work including;

• Managing a diverse and complex commercial property caseload including development, investment through to energy work.
• Providing strategic advice to clients across various sectors
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within the team
• Contributing to the growth and development of the national Real Estate practice
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Take an active role in growing the local team in Leeds

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Partner should be:

• A solicitor with 8+ years PQE in commercial property law gained from a known firm
• Experienced in managing high-value transactions and complex legal matters
• Have your own contacts
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• A strong business developer with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ties to Leeds
