Real Estate Lawyer (3-6 PQE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Lawyer to join a boutique law firm based in London's prestigious West End. Specialising in real estate, this firm is known for its expertise in handling high-value property transactions and advising a discerning client base, including investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
We are seeking a solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and property development.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, and other real estate contracts.
- Providing strategic legal advice to investors, developers, landlords, and tenants.
- Acting on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, property funds, and family offices in relation to their property portfolios.
- Collaborating closely with a team of specialists on complex and high-value transactions.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of PQE in real estate law.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK property law and experience handling commercial property transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
