THE ROLE

A real estate lawyer to join a team handling direct and indirect investment transactions, large scale development projects, investment structuring, portfolio deals, corporate occupier matters, and real estate financing.

The team works across all sectors including offices, logistics, leisure, hotels, renewable energy and residential (PBSA, PRS and social housing).

You will play an integral role in supporting the team's efforts in navigating the intricacies of commercial property transactions and providing essential legal advice to clients.

THE CANDIDATE

This position requires a solid foundation in UK real estate law and a keen awareness of market dynamics within London.

Associates within the team take on a variety of roles including legal research, due diligence, drafting and negotiating documents, participating in negotiations and client meetings, and running transactions.

Between 2-4 PQE with relevant Real Estate experience from a leading firm.
