My client is a leading Legal 500-ranked regional law firm. The firms Real Estate team, who are counted amongst the leading property teams in the region, are seeking a crucial hire to be based in Farnborough. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

1. Handling a range of work, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters, also including sales and purchases, secured lending work and more.
2. Working closely with seniors on the team on a range of complex matters, alongside running your own files.
3. Engaging in business development and contributing to the ongoing growth and opportunities for the department.

To be considered for this role you will:

1. Have at least 3 years' experience in commercial property work.
2. Be highly articulate and a confident communicator, particularly in explaining complex concepts to clients.
3. Have a drive for business development and networking.
