Job description

Real Estate Finance Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE - Manchester (Flexible Working)

In the context of Manchester, it is fair to say that the real estate team is highly regarded in terms of work and reputation locally. The depth and variety of work on offer make it an attractive proposition for junior real estate lawyers looking to develop their skills. In particular, their real estate finance lawyers have a particularly strong reputation locally and nationally.

That strength in depth is also the reason that the firm maintains such a quality mix of real estate finance related work in the city.

The team is now looking to grow at grassroots level and is seeking to hire someone at NQ - 3 years PQE level who has a genuine interest in getting involved in a variety of specifically real estate finance work. Ideally, you will have some real estate finance experience or an interest in this area to be suitable for this role.

The culture of this team is lovely - it's relaxed yet professional, and there is plenty of opportunity for home/flexible working with no mandate on the number of days required in the office.

By way of example, the role could comprise:

  1. Real estate finance - carrying out title diligence and completing or reviewing Certificates of Title/Reports on Title (including dealing with completions and registration requirements).
  2. Bridging finance transactions.
  3. Real estate transaction work including sale documentation, discharge documentation, searches, completions, and leases (primarily lease reviews, but also agreements to lease, leases, and variations).

You are likely to be currently working as a real estate finance lawyer or seeking to qualify in this area in Manchester.

If you are interested in finding out more and taking the opportunity to jump into a great team offering a great variety of interesting real estate finance work, then please contact Joe Gregory for a confidential discussion.
