Real Estate Finance – Partner – 9+ years PQE – Salary up to £150K – London

If you’re ambitious, self-driven, and able to manage your own caseload while supervising junior staff, this could be the perfect role for you.

Our client is looking for a solicitor who is client-focused and eager to work with an impressive portfolio of banking clients. There is no requirement for a portable following.

The successful candidate will have qualified experience in real estate law, particularly with substantial transactional experience, and/or banking, as the role involves close collaboration with the Banking team.

The Candidate

1. Associate with 9+ years PQE.
2. Good exposure to transactional real estate finance matters.
3. Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
4. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
