Job Description

Specialist law firm looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Paralegal into their Birmingham offices.

You will be working in the Property Department with a friendly and expert team who provides advice to Housing Associations and charitable organisations. Your day-to-day within this role may include tasks such as:

1. Carrying out due diligence on large scale portfolios, including checking HMLR title documentation.
2. Reviewing and commenting on planning history.
3. Drafting Certificates of Title.
4. Dealing with all aspects of registration of legal charges.
5. Working alongside our clients Funding team.

The successful candidate for this Real Estate Finance Paralegal role will be a personable team player who is able to demonstrate high quality client care, communication and organisational skills, can prioritise their own workload and perform well under pressure.
