We have been instructed by our premier international law firm client which is looking for a Senior Associate to join its high performing Real Estate Finance team in London.
As part of the Finance Group, you will act for a wide range of major real estate funds (sponsor and lender side), managers, and leading financial institutions on senior and mezzanine debt financing of UK and European real estate assets. Working on complex, structured portfolio financings and restructurings alongside sophisticated development financing will offer you a diverse range of work.
The Real Estate Finance team is also involved in a range of legal tech and AI initiatives, allowing you to be involved in innovative market leading issues.
The team offers a close-knit, collegiate culture with plenty of opportunities for business development and secondment opportunities.
You will be driven and hard-working with a strong academic record and ideally have 4-6 years’ experience from a top UK/US law firm. Overseas lawyers with 6-8 years experience from top tier firms in Australia and New Zealand are also invited to apply.
