As part of a leading Real Estate Finance practice, your work will include:

- Acting for lenders and borrowers, including leading financial institutions, property developers, investors, and corporates.
- Advising on investment financing for commercial and residential properties.
- Advising on development financing including mixed-use schemes and large-scale projects.
- Refinancing and restructuring of existing debt portfolios.
- Structured finance and joint venture funding arrangements.
- Drafting and negotiating complex finance and security documentation, including facility agreements, guarantees, security packages, and intercreditor agreements.
- Coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters, ensuring compliance with international regulations and addressing cross-border complexities.
- Offering strategic guidance on structuring and managing finance transactions to align with client goals.
- Collaborating with colleagues across real estate, banking, corporate, and tax teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Candidate requirements:

- A qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in real estate finance, gained from a reputable firm.
- Deep expertise in drafting and negotiating finance agreements and related documentation.
- Experience in cross-border transactions, demonstrating an understanding of international legal frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide commercially focused advice.
