This is an exciting opportunity to join a premier Real Estate Finance practice at an elite US law firm in London.
The team acts for the firm’s premier private equity sponsors client base. They specialize in advising on a variety of debt structures, including senior-only, senior/mezzanine, whether syndicated or securitized loans, and also agented CMBS transactions, in cross-jurisdictional transactions. They also advise in relation to loan-on-loan, public-to-private, NAV facilities, acquisitions bridges, and corporate unsecured financings which are increasingly becoming relevant in the real estate market.
They are looking for associates from a top UK/US law firm background and training with excellent academics. Real Estate Finance experience is a must.
