As the Real Estates Development Manager, you will work with the Director of Real Estate Europe, negotiating real estate deals for all UK and Ireland for company-owned Retail stores, including Concept stores (mall and high street) and Outlet stores. This will include new stores, remodels, relocations, lease extensions, and early terminations.
Do you have experience in Real Estate site selection & analysis?
If so, we want you to join our team as a ‘Skechers Real Estate Development Manager’.
You will be responsible for conducting research for new site opportunities and submitting findings to the Director of Real Estate, as well as gathering and preparing the due diligence materials and formal documentation.
You will negotiate deals and prepare deal summaries and proformas for the Real Estate Committee, while working closely with the design and construction teams to ensure the stores are opened on time.
This role is office-based in our St Albans Head Office and reports to the Director of Real Estate, Europe based in France.
