Description

We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities
  1. Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  2. Ensure buyers go through a seamless home purchasing process, including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  3. Manage facilitation of required documentation for legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  4. Provide potential home buyers with necessary information about their local housing market
  5. Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Qualifications
  1. Show a track record of real estate success
  2. At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  3. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  4. Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends
Compensation

$50,000 - $100,000 per year
