The Role

As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a key role in supporting major residential development projects. You will:

• Advise housebuilders, national developers, and investors on site acquisitions and strategic land transactions.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, development agreements, and land promotion agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic legal advice on residential and mixed-use developments.
• Work closely with a highly experienced national team of real estate specialists.
• Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development initiatives.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in real estate, ideally with experience in residential development.
• A strong understanding of land acquisitions, strategic land, and site assembly.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage complex transactions and work to deadlines.
• A client-centric approach with a commercial mindset.
• A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a passion for professional development.
