Salary: £85,000 to £95,000
I’m looking to speak with exceptional solicitors interested in joining a highly regarded Real Estate Team of a Top 50 ranked law firm in Bristol. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile investment and development projects, advising top-tier commercial clients across a range of sectors, including offices, industrial, retail, hotels, transport, and mixed-use schemes.
The firm provides expert legal advice on the full real estate life-cycle, from strategic land acquisition to development, financing, asset management, and occupier representation. Clients include investors, developers, occupiers, private clients, public sector bodies, and conservation organisations.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ PQE, strong technical skills, a commercial mindset, and a collaborative approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer to take on more responsibility and work on complex, high value matters in a leading UK firm.
