Scholarship recipients will receive full tuition coverage through MN Realty School, with the expectation of acquiring their license within three months. Upon becoming licensed, scholarship recipients will undergo a six-week training course with the Kerby & Cristina Real Estate Team of RE/MAX Results. Following this, you will be ready to kickstart your real estate career and potentially earn over $50,000 in your first year! With dedication and hard work, first-year agents can expect to earn up to $90,000 in their initial twelve months with our team. Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals in our database to identify potential buyers and sellers
• Participate in our comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and maximize your earning potential as a real estate agent
• Ensure punctuality and come prepared to complete all necessary tasks to further your career in the real estate industry
• Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues to foster successful relationships
• Conduct open houses in accordance with pre- and post-promotion guidelines in Plymouth, MN
• Negotiate real estate contracts on behalf of buyers, following the guidance and support provided by our team

Qualifications

• Scholarship application fully submitted with a personal video
• Qualify to get a real estate license; a background check is required
• Reliable transportation & car insurance
• Must live in Twin Cities Metro
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain a real estate license within 90 days

(90 Hours of Education + Pass the National & State exams)
