Our client's business is expanding and we're looking for a sales/admin assistant to join their award winning boutique firm of Chartered Surveyors in Quorn.
If you can juggle multiple tasks and maintain a positive, can-do attitude, then you are the right fit for the job.
You’ll be driven to manage tasks efficiently and maintain a high standard of service quality.
As you go about your daily work, you'll develop strong relationships with everyone you interact with. You will collaborate with the team to resolve issues, always keeping our promises to clients. Being proactive, professional, organised, and energetic is essential.
What your day might entail
- Assist with booking viewings, coordinating repairs, and liaising with insurers
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare properties to be brought to market
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and make recommendations to the team
- Chasing solicitors to progress sales in a delicate manner
- Arrange property clearances with speed and accuracy
- Update clients and prepare detailed sales reports
Experience and traits we are looking for
We're searching for a confident communicator with a can-do attitude:
- 1 year sales estate agency or admin experience
- Communication skills to write clearly and speak easily with anyone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail
- An organised way of working and ability to prioritise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,795.00-£27,545.00 per year
