Property Manager – GH Property Hub Ltd

GH Property Hub is looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will receive full training to bring in new business, helping you develop essential skills in sales and property management. Additionally, you will be trained to become an Inventory Clerk, earning extra income per report—another great incentive to maximize your earnings.

This is not just a job; it's a career opportunity. The more business you bring in, the more you earn. How far you go depends on your drive and ambition. While this is a junior role, we are looking for someone who sees a long-term future in property management.

If you prove yourself during the six-month probation period, you will receive a promotion, salary increase, and higher commission rates. We want someone ready to make their mark in the business, with the ambition to grow into a senior management role within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive training to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for tenant queries.
  3. Ensure timely collection of rent and payments.
  4. Oversee daily property operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  5. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections to maintain property standards.
  6. Manage administrative tasks, including updating property records and lease documentation.
  7. Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve urgent issues.
  8. Foster strong tenant relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Negotiate and review costs to maximize efficiency.
  10. Maintain communication with directors, escalating issues when necessary.
  11. Receive training as an Inventory Clerk and earn extra income per report.
Requirements:
  1. Keen to learn new knowledge of property management and relevant legislation.
  2. Become Familiar with property management software.
  3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with great attention to detail.
  7. Experience in residential property management/lettings is preferred, but candidates with a strong customer service background and a passion for property will also be considered.
What We Offer:
  1. Salary: £12,000 per annum.
  2. Commission: 10% on both sales and lettings.
  3. Additional Earnings: Paid per inventory report completed.
  4. Career Growth: After 6-month probation, promotion, salary increase, and higher commission rates. Long-term opportunity to grow into a senior management role.
Working Hours:
  1. Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM.
  2. Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM.
