We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Real Estate Deals & Accounting Administrator to manage the financial and transactional aspects of real estate deals. The ideal candidate will have prior real estate experience and a strong aptitude for accuracy, organization, and communication. This part-time role offers flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process and manage real estate transactions, including residential and commercial deals.
Calculate and verify real estate commissions and invoicing with accuracy.
Coordinate with real estate agents, brokerages, law firms, and other stakeholders.
Maintain and update transaction records using industry software such as Lone Wolf or EZ MAX.
Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate forms and documentation requirements in Ontario.
Perform data entry and maintain organized records for accounting and transaction purposes.
Support property management administration as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and efficient resolution of inquiries.
Qualifications
Real estate experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with Ontario real estate forms and processes.
Experience with Lone Wolf, EZ MAX, QuickBooks, or similar software is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in administrative or front desk roles is an asset.
Compensation
$25 - $30 hourly
