Key Responsibilities:


  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and managing inquiries efficiently.
  3. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and processing deliveries.
  5. Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:
