Reactive Supervisor - Hammersmith

Job description

We are looking for a Reactive Supervisor to join our Housing Contractor Client based in Hammersmith. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality reactive works as well as ensuring good satisfaction to housing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a team of 10-15 operatives.
2. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality service by managing work scheduling in line with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
3. Represent the company at client and resident performance meetings, as requested by the Operations Manager.
4. Manage the responsive repairs function, ensuring consistent performance against targets.
5. Oversee material costs, ensuring effective and efficient management while adhering to proper processes and procedures.
6. Monitor work quality through inspections, reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction surveys.
7. Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, determining the optimal employment levels to maintain service quality.

Requirements:

1. Full UK driving licence.
2. SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.
