REACH Forklift Driver 7 on 7 off Shift

Location: Newmarket, Suffolk

Hours: Shift pattern 7 on 7 off Day shift, 06:00-18:00 - 12 hours per shift.

Hourly Rate / Salary: £13ph (Increase after April 1st)

Duration: Temporary-Permanent

Calling all REACH truck drivers! Operating a heated Reach Truck within a chilled environment with temperatures reaching -18 degrees on a 7 on 7 off Shift. Candidates with the relevant reach truck experience is desirable for this role. You will undergo in-house training as part of the process for this position so expired licenses can be accepted.

Job Duties:

1. Operate Reach truck forklifts to load, unload, and move products around the warehouse.
2. Stacking and unstacking pallets working at heights of up to 14 metres.
3. Ensure safe handling and accurate storage of inventory.
4. Assist with the organization and management of stock using management systems.
5. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Perform regular maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues.

What we are looking for:

1. Previous Reach truck experience essential.
2. Valid Reach truck license is desirable.
3. Confidence working within a team.
4. Adaptable to working in other departments when required.
