Reach Coordinator – UK

Here at Human Appeal UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a Reach Coordinator – UK to join our Reach team based remotely in the UK. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year term. In return, you will receive a competitive salary.

As a Reach Coordinator – UK, the successful candidate will play an integral role in recruiting, developing, and managing new and existing REACH Volunteers on behalf of Human Appeal, by working closely with the Volunteers Team. You will support the REACH Manager in strategically leading and coordinating international deployments, ensuring that all available opportunities for raising funds for Human Appeal are sought and maintained at agreed levels of return on investment. Additionally, you will develop new innovative deployment opportunities to build awareness of Human Appeal projects and increase income generation/donations year on year, securing the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the charity in line with the fundraising strategy.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Reach Coordinator – UK:

• Provide fundraising guidance to all REACH volunteers
• Provide mandatory safeguarding training
• Contribute towards and implement the annual fundraising strategy for the partnerships team
• Successfully collaborate with the Volunteers Department to increase and grow the Volunteer database
• Ensure all deployments are well supported and run effectively while delivering Quality Assurance in line with Health & Safety, customer satisfaction, complaints management, and Fundraising Regulators' code of conduct.

What we’re looking for in Reach Coordinator – UK:

• Ideally educated to Degree level
• Minimum GCSE qualifications in Maths and English
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar post, such as a Fundraising or Volunteers Management role
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office Suite and Donor Management systems, including Salesforce
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional languages such as Arabic or Urdu are desirable.
