Sanctuary Personnel - Occupational Therapist in Reablement

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire, UK

Salary: £35 per hour

What you will do:

1. Conduct assessments of clients in their homes or other settings to identify their individual needs.

4. Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
5. Provide advice, education, and support to clients and their families to promote long-term health and well-being.

Requirements:

1. UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
2. A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy is required.
3. A valid full UK driver's license is necessary for conducting visits to clients.
