The starting salary for this role is £24,275 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.
We offer a range of flexible working hours, with contracts available from 8 hours minimum to 36 hours per week (in blocks of 4 hours) to fit around your personal commitments. Alternatively, we also offer casual hour contracts (bank) for those seeking more flexibility.
We are recruiting 5 x Reablement Assistants for our friendly and supportive teams in the northwest of Surrey (Spelthorne, Runnymede & Woking). These vacancies have arisen due to retirement and relocation. The great news is that you don't need any formal qualifications to apply for this position; you simply need to have the right qualities!

About the Team
We are a caring and committed team serving residents who find themselves in need of drawing on care and support for their day-to-day living, and who may have physical disabilities, illness, or sensory impairments. We work within people's homes to help them regain daily living skills and independence and promote their wellbeing. We work with people for up to 6 weeks to help them achieve their potential.
The Team works closely with partner organisations to enable residents to live their best possible life, ensuring that no one is left behind, while also ensuring carers and family members feel supported given the vital role, they perform in the lives of those who matter most to them. All our 5 registered services are rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our commitment to high standards and excellent care to our service users.
About the Role
Reablement Assistants work in the community, providing support with all daily living tasks, including medication and mobility, to service users in the comfort of their homes. You will be there to ensure dignity, choice, and control are maintained for those who feel like they have lost it from their lives. You will provide support, guidance, and a helping hand. You will help individuals work towards the goals set out in their reablement plan.
The Reablement Service is provided 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The core hours of the team are from 7am to 10pm.
