As Raw Materials Controller at our Goxhill site, you will be fully trained to become an expert in your field and support your colleagues to produce high quality results.

About the Role

We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work as a Raw Materials Controller where you will…

1. Reporting directly to the QA Team Leader, you will maintain the inventory records of WB raw materials and consolidated stock through regular cycle counting in accordance with our published policy for Goxhill Site.
2. The ordering of raw materials and consumable goods to ensure that production is protected by ensuring safety stocks are always in place.
3. Monitor maximum stock figures in accordance with physical capacities and locations of our factories and storage areas.
4. Manage deliveries of raw materials and collections effectively and ensure all storage areas are organised and well managed.
5. Manage the Site Services team on site.
6. The responsibility for maintenance of site standards, inclusive of specified contractors and activities under the Site Services remit.
7. Provide cover for the QA function on site when required.

Hours of Work: 7.00-16:30 Monday - Friday shift pattern

About You

1. Raw materials ordering experience
2. Experience of raw materials policies and procedures
3. Competent in Microsoft Office packages
4. Ability to manage, maintain and operate quality control systems
5. Drive to maintain a regime of personal self-development
6. Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation
7. ISO 9001 experience is desirable

Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
