Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

We are looking for a Rapid Response Officer to join our team on the Isle of Wight. As a Rapid Response Officer (RRO) for supply restoration, you will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets including: Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction. You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world class customer service.
