Fusion People are looking for experienced rainscreen cladders.

The role will involve mainly external work, (working off scissor lifts / cherry pickers) and entails:

1. Setting out SFS from drawings (gridlines and datums)
2. Filling out daily inspection forms for scaffold towers and MEWPs.
3. Weatherboarding
4. Fitting windows, doors and curtain wall
5. Installing SFS as per set out drawings off mobile towers and MEWPs.
6. Installing Siniat/Cem weather defence board to specifications.
7. Sealing Siniat expansion joints with EPDM.
8. Setting out vertical and horizontal rail positions.
9. Lifting cladding panel on to scaffold and MEWPS.
10. Installing cladding panels level and fixing as per specification. (face fix top floor)
11. Installing flashings around window and door reveals.
12. Installing balustrade tracks and glass as per specification.
13. Installing windows and doors level, square and plumb to grid lines and datums as shown on set out drawings.
14. Bonding EPDM to Siniat weather defence board.
15. Loading out and installing glass units into frames and gasket where required.
16. Fitting curtain wall to set out drawings.
17. Glazing curtain wall, plate and cap off MEWPs.

Candidates must:

1. Hold a current CSCS card
2. Have knowledge of various cladding products/insulations.
3. Have experience in various types of cladding installation, maintenance, and repair. (5 years minimum)
4. Be able to read and understand drawings, grid lines and datums.
5. Be able to work with hand tools and be confident working at height.
6. Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety Regulations and safety protocols.
7. IPAF & PASMA ideal but not essential.

Pay: £16.00-£25.00 per hour PAYE/Umbrella or CIS
