Rail Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager with experience working client side on rail projects?

Have you worked on delivering rail stations or depots?

Location: Cardiff

Rate: £350-£380 a day outside IR35 + expenses

Contract length: 12-18 months

This is a great opportunity for a client side Project Manager to work on a major rail station development out of Cardiff.

The project is currently having design finalized and then moving into a live construction project. Previous experience of design and build contracts would be ideal.

This role will be based from the client's office as/when needed and the rest would be from home.

This role has been deemed outside IR35 and is paying £350-£380 per day + expenses.

Requirements:

1. Project manager with experience working for end client (Network Rail, TFW etc)
2. Experience of delivery of rail stations or depots
3. Experience of design and build contracts - ideally NEC
