London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust

We have an exciting new role as Radiology Rota Manager in the Radiology department at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. This role is a real opportunity to make a difference by providing comprehensive administrative support to the Radiology Service Manager managing Radiographer/RDA rotas. Key will be to coordinate all staff rotas to ensure the service is resourced daily to its required levels.

Main duties of the job
  • Work with Radiology Service Manager on recruitment and retention of Radiology (radiographer / RDA) Staff.
  • Coordinate rota for radiology / RDA staff, Diagnostic & Imaging, including locum bookings and re-allocation of staff to cover shortfalls where necessary.
  • Act as focal point within the department in managing internal communications. Ensuring a smooth running of the office through maintaining office systems including the development and maintenance of paper and electronic filing systems to ensure safe transfer and storage of information.
  • To participate in induction programs for all staff.
