The Role

Whether you join us from the NHS or a private setting, you will find that we offer you an unrivalled opportunity to grow the respected career that you always wanted. You will benefit from our investment in state-of-the-art equipment and our commitment to give you more time with partners.

As a Radiographer, you will:

  1. Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a very varied caseload – within the department, on the ward and in theatre.
  2. Work with leading practitioners and experience new practices, equipment and facilities.
  3. As a clinical lead, enjoy scoping to develop policies and procedures.
  4. Supervise and develop more junior staff members.
  5. Provide a service of the highest quality, delivered with sensitivity and compassion.

The Person

To succeed as a Radiographer you will have:

  1. High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately, with a great eye for detail.
  2. A caring nature – to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathy.
  3. A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  4. A postgraduate qualification in an area of specialization.
  5. Radiation Protection Supervisor training and/or qualification are desirable.
  6. Post registration experience relevant to the role.
  7. Excellent communication and team working abilities.

Helping you feel good.

We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That’s why we’ve developed a benefits package with you in mind. This includes holiday in line with the working time directive, access to our pension scheme and discounted gym membership at £25.00 a month.
