Our TeamAs a strategy practitioner, you'll work with clients to transform the way they research and develop new drugs and set the direction for their portfolio and development strategies. The work you do will provide cutting-edge perspectives to reinvent the way pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies work in R&D, helping them to focus on getting new products to patients faster.
In our team you will be expected to:- Use your judgment to solve complex client business problems, bringing structure and rigorous analysis techniques;
- Lead definition of strategic direction, using analysis to address business challenges and deliver distinctive outcomes;
- Develop knowledge of prevailing trends and operating drivers across Life Sciences;
- Build and sustain trusted senior client relationships in the C-suite;
- Develop and lead high performing multidisciplinary Strategy teams;
- Run Accenture's business with discipline, contributing towards evolution of Accenture's Growth Strategy;
- Contribute to business development activities including opportunity identification and proposal development;
- Engage with the wider Strategy community to foster collaboration and support growth.
Your Experience:You will have experience with most of the following:
- Experience at a top tier or boutique consulting firm or through an 'in-house' consulting role, focusing on Research & Development, Pipeline Management, Regulatory Affairs, or Pharmacovigilance;
- Familiarity with recognized Strategy frameworks and techniques;
- Experience of research, quantitative analysis, structured problem solving, and executive communication;
- Strong programme management experience.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher.
