[R&D] Software Tool Developer

Bosch first started in Vietnam with a representative office in 1994. Bosch has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelt for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering R&D center (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd).

In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The continuous growth of this Centre is in line with Bosch’s strategy in Vietnam, which aims at becoming a manufacturing and R&D hub in the Southeast Asian region. Currently four products are available: connectors, pushbelt, fuel supply, and diagnosis module (tank leakage).

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and developing Power BI Cloud environments, creating user-friendly dashboards, and integrating various data sources to provide valuable insights to the business. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong aptitude for self-learning and continuous improvement, who is eager to stay up to date with emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a small international team, directly communicate to Experts and Users in Europe
• Manage Power BI Cloud environments, including handling workspaces, gateways, and other platform-related tasks.
• Design visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, ensuring alignment with user interface (UI) design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Develop and apply reusable themes/templates to improve reporting efficiency.
• Integrate and connect with a wide range of data sources, including but not limited to Data Lakes, Excel files, Salesforce, and other relevant systems.
• Convey Requirements Analysis, Test Design and Test, Quality Reviews, SW Documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in Python for data manipulation and automation tasks.
• Expertise in complex data modeling to support advanced data insights and reporting.
• Self-learning mindset: Strong ability to independently research and adopt new tools and technologies to stay on the cutting edge of data analytics.
• Confident about programming skill, logical thinking, problem solving capability.
• Independent, well-structured and goal-oriented approach to work.
• Precise communication, ability to retrieve or assume missing information.
• Good English skills, be able to interact fluently with worldwide stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GIT, Track & Release, Power Automate, Power Apps, Jira, Bitbucket is appreciated.
