1. Working in the New Product Development team
2. Working 'hands on' organic synthesis at bench scale
3. Evaluate and cost initial customer enquiries
4. Develop a robust process suitable for scale-up and to produce small scale samples

1. BSc/MSc/PhD Organic Chemistry
2. Relevant industry experience, especially with scale-up, would be advantageous
