This is an office-based QS role, candidates require great commercial awareness and ideally experience working within the multi utility or construction sector. You could be an experienced QS looking for a less mobile role or alternatively a Junior/Assistant QS looking to take the next step in your career with plenty of training and development opportunities. In this role, you will be producing weekly and monthly cost/value reconciliations and playing a vital role in liaising between operations and clients to agree on changes to scope.

The Person:

• Experience within Quantity Surveying function
• Proven industry experience
• Ability to manage relationships with clients
• Ability to work on own initiative and also within a team setting
• Commercially Minded
