Location - Office in Exeter, sites between Exeter and Oxford

Salary - £50,000 to £65,000 plus package depending on experience

You will be joining an industry-leading contractor operating in the water and utilities industry. The company has a strong pipeline of work with major water providers and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Exeter office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value
2. Managing subcontractor accounts
3. Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans
4. Managing subcontractor tender processes
5. Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.
