Quantity Surveyor/Estimator | Ingleton | Full Time | £40,000 - £50,000 Per Annum depending on experience

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage cost estimates for projects.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis.
3. Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.
4. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
3. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Proficient in relevant software and tools.
