About the role

Our client is looking for a senior quantity surveyor who will be responsible for project finances and contractual relationships for construction companies. They manage the costs of raw materials and construction projects to ensure they are within the budget.

About the requirements:

1. Needs to have experience of quantity surveying in the consultancy construction sector
2. Ideally MRICS qualified but not essential

About the salary:

Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individual's experience but up to £75,000. Other benefits will be discussed at the interview stage, some of which include generous annual leave entitlement and personal development plan.
