A close-knit, client-focused consultancy in Oxfordshire is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The Quantity Surveyor Role

As the incoming Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with three experienced Partners on a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, covering sectors such as: Arts & Leisure, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage & Conservation, Hotel & Hospitality, Ecclesiastical & High End Residential.

Here’s where it gets exciting: the Directors are looking for someone who is eager to take on more responsibility and eventually take over & lead the company. This is very much a succession role, with the clear potential for you to take over the firm in the future, making this a truly unique opportunity.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Pre and Post Contract experience
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• A proactive, ambitious attitude, with a desire to progress towards leadership
• Ability to work comfortably in a small, collaborative team

In Return?

• £40,000 – £55,000
