Quantity Surveyor - East Midlands

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our successful subcontractor client in the East Midlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of cost control, contract administration, and project financials.

Duties:

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
2. Monitor project costs, ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.
3. Provide contract administration and support, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

Experience:

1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the construction industry.
3. Familiarity with cost estimation software and industry-standard practices.

Benefits:

1. Salary between £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
