Location: London

Are you an experienced QS from an M/E and Data Centre Background? This role could be for you!

Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

All expenses are paid if travel is required.

What you'll be doing?

1. Prepare subcontract packages for Procurement and agree/manage
2. Measuring from plan drawings/ isometrics to produce BOQs
3. Tracking costs and labour
4. Present take offs
5. NR2M requirements and Procedures
6. Research into RICS competencies and work towards development of area

What you'll need?

1. Chartered Membership of RICS or CIOB would be ideal
2. Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
3. NEC3 Contracts (NEC4 Desirable)
4. 4 Years + experience in a similar role
5. Experience in commercial, M&E desirable
