We are working with an established construction consultancy firm in London who are looking for a motivated and passionate Quantity Surveyor to join their ever-growing team in London. You will be working on a range of different projects across multiple sectors including hotels, residential and commercial. Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

• Pre and Post contract services.
• Attend site meetings.
• Produce documents to tender.
• Contract Administration.
• Valuations.
• Cost Management.

Skills and experience required of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

• Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market.
• Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.
• Chartered with the RICS.
• Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
• Negotiation skills.
• Communication skills.
• Numeracy skills.
• Report writing.
• Presentation skills.
• Proven track record at the appropriate level.
