Project Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Type: Permanent
Package: Very competitive basic salary + 26 days annual leave + bank holidays (potential to increase up to 33 days based on length of service) + 2 weeks full pay for Paternity or Maternity leave.

We have just registered two new exciting commercial roles! Preferred applicants would be experienced Project Surveyors; however, the company is open to considering Senior Quantity Surveyors to manage the first two projects outlined below.

Current Projects:

1. Waterloo Refurb / Fit-Out
   2 stage D&B
   PCSA Circa 3 months and Construction circa 40 weeks
   £8+mil | Starts Feb 25
2. Mayfair Cat A Fit-Out
   JCT SBC with CDP (Traditional)
   £8+mil | 40 weeks | Starts Feb 25

Selected candidates may be asked to support/run the jobs below too:

1. City of London - Fit out
   JCT SBC with CDP (Traditional)
   £3m | 26 weeks (Starts Feb 25)
2. Old Street- Fit out and Courtyard landscaping works
   Ongoing project
   JCT DB
   £7.4m

The company is a highly respected refurbishment and fit-out contractor, very much a true leader in its field. £100m+ annual turnover of work across a range of sectors (Healthcare, Workplace, Retail, Leisure, and Education) on projects ranging from £50,000 - £30m.

This position is also referred to as: Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor, Project QS, QS, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, SQS, Commercial Manager, or Senior Commercial Manager.
