About the Role

As a Quantitative Trader, you will:

1. Design and implement new systematic HFT market-making strategies.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should bring:

1. Proven Success: 3-5 years of experience with a consistently profitable HFT strategy, generating high Sharpe Ratios and PnL.
2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, R, kdb+, or C++ to build robust solutions.
3. Educational Background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or a related field. A degree from a top-tier institution is a plus.
4. Collaborative Mindset: A desire to work in a small, dynamic team environment.
5. Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and innovative ideas.
6. Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate and share insights effectively.
