About the Role: As a Quant Developer, you’ll work closely with traders and technologists to build and optimize strategies for a wide range of crypto products, including Spot, CFDs, Futures, and Perps. You’ll improve trading capabilities and implement end-to-end stack optimizations, from pricing to algorithms, risk management, and automation. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance trading systems and create new strategies
• Analyze and monitor trading performance using dashboards and systematic tools
• Automate and streamline trading processes

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience developing front-office trading system components
• Knowledge of system design and latency optimization
• Experience with FX, crypto, or equity products
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Rust)
• Strong mathematical foundation

Preferred Skills:

• Pricing and trading strategy experience
• Quantitative research and machine learning expertise
