Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality/Test Engineer to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards, and a passion for maintaining and improving systems and processes.

Description

  1. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure conformity to company standards
  2. Develop and implement inspection processes
  3. Document inspection outcomes and maintain accurate records
  4. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to address any quality issues
  5. Contribute to the continual improvement of quality control processes
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  7. Participate in product development projects to ensure quality
  8. Train other team members on quality control measures as needed

Profile

A successful Quality Inspector should have:

  1. A degree in Engineering or a related field
  2. Experience working with Pressure Vessels
  3. Proven experience in a Quality Inspector role within the industrial or manufacturing sector
  4. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing techniques
  5. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
  6. Excellent communication and reporting skills
  7. Ability to work in a team and independently

Job Offer

A competitive salary range of approximately £28,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
